Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. For custom orders delivery time frame will be confirmed upon placing order.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.99
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £7.99
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How to Return
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Postage will be at customers cost unless there is a fault with the product.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thegoldenthread.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom-made products, unless there is a fault with the item. Please check the product listing before purchasing.
